ATL / Aerial Target Light.
A veteran light aerial target, successfully used for years, obtains a new dimension with the features that the LCAP (Low Cost Auto-Pilot) provides such as fully automatic navigation, launching and recovery.
The ATL offers unprecedented capabilities, for an aircraft of its class, making it ideal for anti aerial artillery and short range missiles in which the destruction of the aircraft by direct impact is acceptable due its low cost.
Most of the mechanical and electronic components are compatible with those used in other SCR aircraft, providing interchangeable and technical familiarity to current users of other SCR systems.
The release is performed with the same ramp of the aircraft SCRAB ALBA and only substituting the elastomer, or with a slight ramp optional. The control is operated with the same ground station or a simplified version available.
