Support and advice

SCR offers users of its systems a support and advice service for missions. In certain situations, SCR team can travel to the exercise site to provide backup support. This service can be required when, for example, a large number of vehicles are involved in the exercise or when the operating team is too small or lacks the necessary experience. This support focuses mainly on:

■ Establish procedures for preparation/implementation actions.
■ Optimize staff and/or material resources.
■ Establish procedures for performing maintenance actions.
■ Resolve incidences in situ.
■ Operation support from the ground station.
■ Advice for improving the customer’s proprietary operational processes.
